Cancellation Policy.

Registrant Cancellations:

•⁠  ⁠If you need to cancel your webinar registration, please contact us at contact@thedal.co.in as soon as possible.
•⁠  ⁠For cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the webinar date, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.•⁠  ⁠For cancellations made within 2 days of the webinar, no refunds will be provided unless extenuating circumstances apply.
•⁠  ⁠Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
•⁠  ⁠Instead of cancelling, you may transfer your registration to someone else from your company up to 24 hours before the webinar. Please inform us of any transfers.
•⁠  ⁠If you do not attend the webinar and do not notify us in advance, no refund or credit will be given.

Webinar Host Cancellations:

•⁠  ⁠We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the webinar at any time.
•⁠  ⁠If we have to cancel the webinar for any reason, you will be notified via email at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
•⁠  ⁠If an alternate date is scheduled, you may transfer your registration or receive a full refund of the registration fee if the new date does not work.
•⁠  ⁠If the webinar is cancelled outright, you will receive a full refund within 7 days.
•⁠  ⁠We are not responsible for any travel or other costs you incur related to the webinar.

Extenuating Circumstances:

•⁠  ⁠If you miss the webinar due to circumstances outside your control (illness, family emergency etc.), please contact us. We will evaluate providing a credit or refund on a case-by-case basis.
